Shipping Methods & Costs:
Shipping costs for orders from Onasis Restaurant are determined by the weight as well as by the method and option(s) you choose. Standard deliveries are handled by UPS. If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer you the choice of shipping available items or holding your order until items are available for shipment.
Return Policy:

Refund Policy:
Upon receiving your returned shipment or request for refund, Onasis Restaurant will process refunds to the credit card which was used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
